means of coils positioned underneath the vibratory tier with pre-heated inlet, by means of heating element.
- Gear Boxes are YILMAZ or other made in Turkey.
- Electric motors are special isolated motors as made in TURKEY.

- Gear motor equipped with automatic power factor correction by inverter system.

- Cabin panels high isolation levels 63 mm thickness, made of flame retardant high density polyurethane

holes. Side panels can be opened for inspection and are equipped with guide devices and specific strap
covers.
- There is internal lighting special isolated for high moisture and temperature, made in Turkey
- Central vibratory discharge pan – equipped with vibratory tier driven by no. 2 vibratory motors and heated
side guards by means of a heating element by air elements.

Automation;
The systems in production line are controlled by PLC; System is operated with special software designed
graphic supported on PC with Graphic human interface system. You can make the control from direct or
from internet connection from outside. Also you can see every think easily from schematic view on
computer. And there is a buzzer system on panel for faults.
Historical archive memory storage
From the production records stored, it is possible to retrieve and visualize all the main variables, list of
alarms and operator’s adjustments carried out on the PC over the last 12 months.
For historical archives, all files generated, which go back further than 12 months, can be saved directly on
the PC or on the Client’s server.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. INSTALLATION ( ASSEMBLING)
Installation will be done qualified 5 technicians from The buyer will guarantee the availability
of the following personnel: 2 professional plumber which can make water line welding for boiler and chiller
lines, 1 assistant mechanic workers as helper.(the whole persons for supporting expenses, insurance, catering
costs, hosting costs (if needed) belong to the buyer. During the assembling consuming materials, tools and
machines etc. technical and non technical workers to buyer.
All the technicians have to stay minimum 4 star hotel and it must be clean and safe foods can be
from international food chains. Total Erection (Installation) time is 35 work days from arrival of all materials
and equipments in the erection site which must be ready for assembly work and pipe welding person must be
ready (with all). Hemaks personel’s flight (total 6 pcs double way flight ticket), hotel and food costs are to
Buyer. Buyer will pay to each Technician 150 USD per Week as pocket money.
Required labor assistance, civil works, plants and equipments excluded from our supply.
Note: If these overall one-man working days planned for erection shall be prolonged by more than 7 days
due to buyer’s fault, then the exceeding days shall be charged to the buyer at the average daily rate of USD
300,-.
Assembling, last supervising, starting and test production is included in price. All masonry works, means
of transportation and hoisting such as cranes, lifters, etc. will be at the Customer’s expense. Main electric
transformer and regulator in plant building at customer charge.
2. START-UP OF THE MACHINE
After installation, technicians from will hand over to the buyer. The machine will be tested with
the persons working on the machine. Raw material needed first working must be arranged by the buyer. The
start-up of the machine and test production will take 5 work days.
Before the Test production starts; fresh pasta, hot water, electric and workers for all shifts must be arranged
by the buyer as enough for 5 days capacity. If there was delay because of the missing from these materials
the cost of delay will be charged to the buyer.
3. EXCLUSIONS
The Buyer should also arrange for the freight, bringing down, forklift, implements (like welding machine)
during the all installation period.
Main electric transformer and regulator in plant building at customer charge. From Main electric transformer
to control panels electric caballing is to Buyer. From Main water supply to the entrance of the water
treatment unit is to buyer. Feeding the fresh pasta to the drying system entrance.

4. GUARANTEE
Our machine’s all mechanic parts are covered with our guarantee for 2 years, all electrical parts are
covered with our guarantee for 2 years. We are giving 10 years spare parts supply guarantee for mechanic
parts. Defective parts will be replaced under guarantee on ex-our Gaziantep, Turkey workshops basis.
The faults of user and unbalanced electric damages from the transformer are not covered for warranty.
Inserts of the dies do not have any guarantee.The period of warranty begins at the date of invoice.
In the needed conditions because of a technical argument or supply argument have the right to
change the materials or the trade mark of the materials used in the machine with the same guarantee of
PRODUCTION GUARANTEES

Short-cut pasta reference shape: “bucato” shape with specific weight of 400 kg/m3 and wall thickness 1mm
dry product;
Final product moisture content: 12.0% ± 0.5
Production capacity measured at the outlet of the cooler;
Continuous production cycle: 24 hrs a day.
